Creative Wales journey

As part of her Creative Wales journey, Alison had a fantastic visit to Northern Ireland to meet Teya Sepunick, director of the inspirational Theatre of Witness and see some of her work. Teya has been creating performances with people’s real life stories for over 20 years in the US and Europe. She is currently in Derry, working with the stories of people affected by the years of conflict in Northern Ireland. It was amazing to see her work and spend time discussing the challenges, ethics and rewards of working with real life stories in the theatre. http://www.theatreofwitness.org/
