We are a life story arts organisation based in Wales, working alongside people to explore and express their stories through the arts.

Together, we co-create theatre, comics, and songs that place lived experience at the heart of our work — creating spaces where stories can be shared, heard, and connected to the wider community.

Through this, we build creative communities and contribute to health and wellbeing, opening up new understanding of lives that are often unseen or unheard.
